RankTruth provides SEO agency verification and report analysis services, including:

• Report Analyzer: Upload SEO reports and compare claims against your Google Search Console data
• Agency Check: Scan agency websites for transparency signals and proof of work
• Agency Directory: Browse verified agency profiles and due diligence reports

Our services help business owners verify SEO agency claims and make informed decisions. We are an informational tool, not a regulatory body or endorsement service.

2. Account Requirements

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update information if it changes
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction

3. Subscription and Billing

RankTruth offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly at $49 via Stripe.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• We do not offer refunds for partial months
• Prices may change with 30 days notice
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

4. Agency Data Disclaimer

Important: Agency reports and scans on RankTruth reflect publicly visible website information at the time of the scan. This information may change over time. Our reports are:

• Based solely on publicly accessible web pages
• A snapshot in time, not continuously monitored data
• Not endorsements, ratings, rankings, or recommendations
• Not verified by the agencies themselves (unless the agency has claimed their profile)
• Potentially incomplete if our crawler could not access certain pages

RankTruth does not guarantee the accuracy of agency-provided information or third-party data. Users should conduct their own due diligence before making business decisions.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to access accounts or data belonging to others
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Use automated systems to access the service without permission
• Upload malicious content or code
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
• Use the service to harass, defame, or harm others
• Resell access to the service without authorization

6. Intellectual Property

The RankTruth service, including its design, features, code, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

Your uploaded reports and data remain yours. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process and analyze it for the purpose of providing our services.

7. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring you have the right to upload and analyze reports (they should be reports given to you by your agency)
• Verifying that Google Search Console access you grant is for properties you own or are authorized to access
• Making your own business decisions based on the information provided
• Complying with applicable laws and regulations

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RankTruth and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill
• Business decisions made based on our reports
• Inaccuracies in agency data or third-party information
• Service interruptions or data loss

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RankTruth and its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms and changing the effective date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
