Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your email address and any profile information you choose to provide. If you sign up using Google OAuth, we receive your name and email from Google.
Google Search Console Data
If you connect your Google Search Console account, we access your search performance data (clicks, impressions, queries, pages) via read-only OAuth access. We do not modify your Search Console settings or data. This access is used solely to verify and compare against your SEO reports.
Uploaded Reports
When you upload SEO reports for analysis, we process the document to extract claims and metrics. Uploaded files are stored temporarily for analysis and deleted after processing unless you choose to save them to your account.
Agency Scanning
Our Agency Check tool scans publicly available information from agency websites. This includes publicly visible pages, contact information, and transparency signals. We do not scrape private or login-protected content.
Usage Data
We collect standard usage data including IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and interaction patterns to improve our service and maintain security.
How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to:
- Provide our report verification and agency scanning services
- Compare your SEO reports against actual Search Console data
- Generate agency transparency reports
- Process payments and manage subscriptions
- Send service-related communications
- Improve and optimize our services

Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored in Supabase, a secure database platform with encryption at rest and in transit. Our infrastructure is hosted in the United States via Vercel. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Google OAuth: For account authentication and Search Console access
- Stripe: For payment processing (we do not store your payment card details)
- Vercel: For website hosting
- Supabase: For data storage
Each of these services has their own privacy policies governing their use of data.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data only in these circumstances:
- With service providers who help us operate our business (payment processing, hosting)
